Dr. Johnson and Dr. Lape and the staff always make me feel like family. They all have the patients' well-being in mind and give them options for treatment. Wonderful establishment.

I currently live in Florida. I was visiting my mother in Lancaster, Ohio.I had a dental emergency over the weekend.I read the office reviews, and as I was in serious pain, I sent an email to this office at 0100 AM on a Saturday night/morning.I was quite shocked that I received an email response within a few hours from the office manager.She advised me to go to the emergency room to see if I had an infection. If so, the Emergency Room DR. would probably prescribe antibiotics to begin immediately, then contact the office Monday morning.I did go to the emergency room Sunday morning, and was prescribed an antibiotic, and a pain med.I contacted this office Monday morning.The office staff were all so very kind and helpful.I was scheduled to come in that same day. They took x-rays, and Dr. Lape did an exam, then a procedure.Dr. Lape is truly a knowledgeable, gentle, and caring dentist! I had no pain within 24 hours!!!

This is definitely a 5 star office. Dr Johnson and the entire staff are fantastic!

The staff at Gentle Dental are amazing; they are friendly, helpful and dedicated. Dr. Johnson did a fantastic job on my 85-year-old mother’s teeth; she gave her back her smile! Dr. Lape did such great work with my boys that they never knew numbing needles were involved. I highly recommend Gentle Dental.
